Amazing Clay Sculptures

In Art last week, Elder Class studied paintings by Frida Kahlo. Mrs Walker discussed with the children how her paintings often included animals, which were a real love of hers. In her self portrait with monkeys, Mrs Walker showed the children how she was depicted with the monkeys surrounding her. This afternoon, the children used clay to sculpt their own monkeys and Mrs Walker and I think that you’ll agree Elder Class have done a great job! Well done Year 5/6
